The importance of flour, of course as we know, was vital for the development of Australia. As with many things, people usually don’t consider something as all present, ubiquitous as flour.
The milling of flour is seen as the oldest industrial process! The show speaks also about indigenous flour making with some accounts pointing to the fact that first breads were made by Aboriginal people.
